With out a doubt the best pharmacy hands down. Small town service in Lexington go figure. They know me by name and always have my meds ready. If I can't pick up they deliver!! Everyone is so awesome, friendly and helpful. I recommend 150%

I switched to Eastland from CVS and I am so happy I did. They are always friendly, no long lines, and they always have my meds in stock. They know me by name, my meds are always ready quick and they offer delivery. 10/10, I’d recommend them to anyone!

I had a doctor's appointment at 9am, but got dropped off early because of the weather. They were nice enough to let me stay inside till my doctor's appointment at 9. Great job Eastland Pharmacy.

Locally owned by a pharmacist who truly cares about offering you fast and friendly service. His staff is caring and always ready to help. Would recommend to everyone!

By far the best pharmacy in Lexington. Great customer service, caring staff, free delivery, unbelievably efficient, and locally owned. What more could you ask for? Dump the corporate chain and switch to Eastland Pharmacy. SHOP LOCAL!

Best pharmacy I've ever been in they explain every medication they give everyone a free bottle of water with your meds they have soft drinks for 50 cent who does that lol then tney have a hole wall of soap toothpaste toothbrush lordy pods candles and more for 1.00 they call the extra mile for there parnent the delivery 4 times a day

Ive never felt judged here over certain meds like I always did when going to Kroger. Besides only one super rude lady, this place is amazing

Eastland pharmacy is how pharmacy should be, it's how you would imagine Walgreens was when it first opened before it became a giant corporate shell, guarantee you they will have your meds way cheaper than what any other place for charging. I've had them call me and tell me my copay was less than with the medicine actually cost with insurance so I got it even cheaper than you. They don't have to do that they could just make the profit. But they care about you and they work with you. Everybody from the delivery people, pharmacist and owner are amazing people. Can't say anything bad about them! 12/10!!!
